Affiliate Program - Terms and Conditions

Before completing the Affiliate application form on the next page you need to read and accept the terms and conditions for the Form2PDF Affiliate Program.

Please read the Affiliate Agreement carefully and only if you agree to, and accept, the terms and conditions in the agreement, click on "I accept the Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions" below in order to proceed to the affiliate application form.

You need to read and understand the full agreement, but these are the most important details:

Referral fee is currently 15%
Referral fees will be paid out monthly, if it exceeds EUR 100
Referral fees will be paid out using PayPal or wire transfer
In order for sale tracking to work you need to use a special link from your website to www.form2pdf.se that includes your unique affiliate id
In order for sale tracking to work the customer's browser needs to accept cookies
