Syntax: form2pdf [options] <inputfile> <outputfile>

Inputfile and outputfile can be "-" in which case data will
be read from stdin and written to stdout, respectively.

Options:
--config <filename>      Configuration file
                         (default: /etc/form2pdf/form2pdf.cfg)
--quiet                  Do not display messages
--showhostid             Show hostid (used for license)
--debug                  Print debug information
--debug2                 Print lots of debug information
--syslogfacility <value> Use syslog facility <value>, where value
  is 'local0' through to 'local7' or 'user' (default: 'user')

--pdftitle <value>       PDF Title
--pdfauthor <value>      PDF Author
--pdfsubject <value>     PDF Subject
--pdfkeywords <value>    PDF Keywords
--pdfproducer <value>    PDF Producer (default: 'Form2PDF (www.form2pdf.se)'
--pdfdescription <value> PDF Description, for the PDF/A Metadata
--pdfcreator <value>     PDF Creator, for the PDF/A Metadata
--pdflang <value>        PDF Language, for the PDF/A Metadata
--ownerpassword <value>  PDF owner password
--userpassword <value>   PDF user password
--pdfprotectmask <value> PDF denied permissions bitmask (default 8)
  4: print document
  8: modify contents
 16: copy text and graphics from document
 32: add or modify text annotations and form fields
--keylength <value>      Encryption key length in bits (40-128)

--bgimage <filename>     Background image (PNG, GIF or JPG format)
--bgimageeven <filename> Background image for even numbered pages
--bgimageodd <filename>  Background image for odd numbered pages
--bgimage2 <filename>    Background image for page 2 (similarly for other page
numbers)
--bgimagepages <value>   Number of pages to which bgimage should be added
--papersize <name>       Paper size (executive, letter, legal, A4)
--pageheight <value>     Page height (default: 842)
--pagewidth <value>      Page width (default: 595)
--marginleft <value>     Left margin for text (default: 36)
--margintop <value>      Top margin for text (default: 0)
--fontsize <value>       Font size (default: 9)
--fontname <value>       Font name (default: Courier)
--fontenc <value>        Font encoding (default: WinAnsiEncoding)
--fontweight <value>     Font weight (0 = normal, 3 = bold)
--fontstyle <value>      Font style (0 = normal, 1 = italic)
--fontdir <path>         Directory for external TrueType font files
  (default: /etc/form2pdf/fonts)
--showfonts              Show the external fonts found.
--linespacing <value>    Space between lines (default: 12)
--linesperpage <value>   Lines before page break (default: 69)
--skipemptyff            Suppress form-feed if page is empty
--outline                Add an outline entry for each input file
--plain                  Store the text parts without compression
--xml                    Check for XML tags for extra functionality
--linkframe              Link frame type (s, d, b, i, or u)
--linkwidth              Link frame width (default: 1)
--ucs2                   Input data is UCS2 encoded, big endian.
--ucs2be                 Input data is UCS2 encoded, big endian.
--ucs2le                 Input data is UCS2 encoded, little endian.
--utf8                   Input data is UTF8 encoded.
--mapdir                 Directory for input maps.
  (default: /etc/form2pdf/maps)
--inputmap <value>       Name of input map to use.
--pdfa                   Make sure the output file is PDF/A compliant.

--mailto <user@example.com>    Email recipient (multiple allowed)
--cc <user@example.com>        Email recipient in the Cc field (multiple
allowed)
--bcc <user@example.com>       Email recipient in the Bcc field (multiple
allowed)
--receiptto <user@example.com> Return receipt address
  For --mailto, --cc, --bcc and --receiptto, the form
  'Full Name <user@example.com>' can also be used.
--smtphost <hostname>        SMTP host name (default: localhost)
--smtpport <value>           SMTP port number (default: 25)
--smtpuser <username>        SMTP AUTH username
--smtppassword <password>    SMTP AUTH password
--sender <user@example.com>  Sender used in SMTP MAIL FROM and From: header
--subject <value>            Subject: header
--domain <example.com>       SMTP HELO/EHLO value (default: example.com)
--message <message>          Email body text
--msgfile <filename>         File with email body text
--headerfile <filename>      File with email headers
--mailonly                   Don't convert anything, just email all the input
files.
--noinline                   Add all files as attachments, regardless of their
type.
--checklicense               Checks whether a valid license key is present.
