Support and maintenance
Buy paying a yearly fee for support and maintenance you are entitled to priority support and software updates.
- Support is available via e-mail (support@infoflexconnect.se) and phone (+46-8-555 768 60) during swedish office hours, work days 8.00-17.00 (CET). Outside of office hours, we do our best to respond to support requests reported via e-mail.
- Support tickets from support customers are responded to within 8 work hours.
- Bug reports from support customers are prioritized.
- Support customers are entitled to software updates and upgrades without additional cost.
Helpdesk
You can open a trouble ticket in our helpdesk system by sending an e-mail to support@infoflexconnect.se. Please make sure you include a detailed problem description as well as attaching all related files needed to reproduce it.
